Laptop Memory Upgrade

If your laptop is running slow, freezing or crashing, it could mean that you need a laptop memory upgrade. Operating systems, software and multimedia files keep getting bigger and hungrier, which can bog down even some of the newest computers. If a virus scan shows that your computer is clean and you’re still having performance problems, it’s time to get some more memory for laptop.

Turn you laptop upside down and remove the battery first. Using the screwdriver, unscrew the laptop screws. Open up the back of your laptop. Depending on your model, you may need a screwdriver.

Before you close the case, put the battery on and turn your laptop on to see ifthe new computer memory is installed. You will see it on the start-up screens by going inside BIOS oryou can easily check it by going into ‘My Computer’ under properties- if you’re using Windows. If everything is ok, shutdown the laptop and put the case back.
